Q – What is the fee for the 

Initial Consultation?

A –  Your initial Consultation is complimentary. Lady Valet will 

come to your home to discuss your 

unique circumstances. 

Together we will determine how 

your Caring Concierge can assist 

you in reaching your goals.

Q – What happens during my

Initial Consultation?

A – First, Lady Valet will spend time getting to know you. Next, we will answer all of your questions.  

If you are relocating, we'll review 

your moving plans and timetable. 

If you have home organization projects, a special event, or errands that need to be done, we will design a project plan 

to meet your needs.

Q – Does Lady Valet provide 

packing materials?

A – Clients typically provide their own packing materials. However, Lady Valet can easily provide them for a small fee.

Q – Is Lady Valet only available Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm?

A –No! Lady Valet works with your busy schedule! We offer morning, afternoon, weekend and last minute appointments. We never charge additional fees for weekend or 

last-minute  appointments.

Q – Is Lady Valet insured? 

A – Yes, Lady Valet carries Professional 

and General Liability Insurance, 

protecting you and your home. 

Q – What are the hourly fees?

A – Lady Valet works with clients on an hourly basis. We also offer discounted 5 and 10 hour packages for more involved/on-going projects.

Throughout my career, it has been a pleasure serving customers and colleagues in a variety of professional settings, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Healthcare, and 

in the Legal community. 

While "climbing the corporate ladder,"

I've managed small businesses and 

handled customer relations.
